We're committed to ensuring you get to play the golf you booked. In the rare event that you're unable to play your tee time due to an error on our part or the seller's part, we've got your back. We'll work tirelessly to find you a comparable or better tee time, or provide you with a refund.
We strive for accuracy in all our listings. The tee time you book should match the description provided - right course, right time, right number of players. If there's a discrepancy, let us know, and we'll make it right.
We know you're excited about your upcoming round. That's why we ensure you'll receive your booking confirmation promptly. If you don't, just reach out, and we'll sort it out faster than you can say "fore!"
