1.1. Accuracy: Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for each tee time listing. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Golf course name and location
• Date and time of the tee time
• Number of players the tee time is for
• Any restrictions or special conditions (e.g., cart fees, dress code)
• Original price paid for the tee time (if required by law)

1.2. Prohibited Listings: Sellers are forbidden from listing:

• Tee times they do not actually have the right to use
• Tee times for courses where resale is explicitly prohibited
• Non-transferable tee times
• Speculative tee times (listing before having secured the time)

1.3. Pricing: Sellers set their own prices but must comply with all applicable laws regarding ticket resale. TeeTimeTrader reserves the right to impose maximum price caps to prevent fraudulent activity.

1.4. Modifications:Sellers may modify or remove their listings at any time before a sale is completed. Once a sale is made, the seller is obligated to honor the transaction.

2.1. Delivery:Sellers must ensure that the purchased tee time is accessible to the buyer in a timely manner, either through electronic transfer or by providing necessary information for check-in at the golf course.

2.2. Communication: Sellers must respond promptly to any inquiries from TeeTimeTrader or buyers regarding their listings or sales.

2.3. Cancellations: If a seller needs to cancel a sold tee time due to extraordinary circumstances, they must notify TeeTimeTrader immediately. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

2.4. Course Policies: Sellers are responsible for understanding and adhering to the policies of the golf courses for which they are selling tee times. This includes any restrictions on resale or transfer of tee times.

3.1. Service Fees: TeeTimeTrader will charge a service fee for each successful sale. This fee will be deducted from the seller's payout.

3.2. Payout Timeline: Sellers will receive their payout 48 hours after the scheduled tee time, provided no disputes have been filed.

3.3. Payout Methods: Sellers must have a valid U.S. bank account or other approved payout method on file to receive payments.

3.4. Taxes: Sellers are responsible for any applicable taxes on their sales. TeeTimeTrader will provide necessary transaction information for tax reporting purposes.

4.1. Prohibited Practices: YSellers must not engage in:

• Price manipulation or collusion with other sellers
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or fees
• Misrepresenting tee times or golf course amenities
• Harassing or pressuring buyers

4.2. Communication with Buyers: Sellers must not attempt to circumvent TeeTimeTrader by directly contacting buyers or attempting to complete transactions off-platform.

5.1. Buyer Complaints: In the event of a buyer complaint, sellers must cooperate fully with TeeTimeTrader's investigation process.

5.2. Resolutions:TeeTimeTrader reserves the right to make final decisions on all disputes, which may include refunds, credits, or other remedies.

6.1. Performance Metrics: Seller accounts will be evaluated based on factors including successful fulfillment rate, accurate listings, and buyer feedback.

6.2. Suspension or Termination: TeeTimeTrader reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations of these terms, the general Terms of Service, or for maintaining poor performance metrics.

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold TeeTimeTrader harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their selling activities, including but not limited to breaches of these Supplemental Seller Terms.

TeeTimeTrader reserves the right to modify these Supplemental Seller Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform to sell tee times constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By listing a tee time for sale on TeeTimeTrader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Supplemental Seller Terms.
