B - Cleveland Heights Golf Course tee times

Cleveland Heights is a 27-hole golf course located in Lakeland, Florida. The golf course was developed in the mid-1920s by H.A. Stahl, a Cleveland, OH real estate magnate, who purchased 560 acres on the south side of Lake Hollingsworth for $935,000.00. The golf course and clubhouse opened in the spring of 1925. However, due to financial difficulties during the Great Depression, Stahl lost his investment, and the city took over both properties for delinquent taxes by the end of the decade. The City of Lakeland continues to own and operate Cleveland Heights, and the facility has over 120 members. In the early 1980s, the city added nine holes to the original 18-hole layout. The clubhouse, which was renovated in 2001, offers an extensive breakfast, lunch, and evening lounge menus. Cleveland Heights is home to the annual 4-Ball Golf Tournament and the Major League Scramble, and golfers of all abilities can enjoy the sport at this Division of the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Lakeland.
