El Dorado - Quail Valley Country Club tee times

Formerly the home of the Houston Open, the Quail Valley Golf Course is a municipal golf facility located in southeast Texas. With a membership program available, the 36-hole facility was once a 54-hole Quail Valley Country Club until it was bought out in the early 2000s with the intention of commercial development. However, local residents and the city of Missouri City took over, saving two of the golf courses. After reopening in 2008, the El Dorado and La Quinta courses were renovated by local architect Jeff Blume, raising greens complexes, redoing the bunkers, and making the courses more playable and beautiful. Both courses feature water on several holes, strategic bunkering, and undulating greens, with great variety in the holes, especially the par-3s and risk-reward par 5s. The Quail Valley Golf Course also boasts a fantastic $7.5 million clubhouse, with a well-stocked golf shop, full-service restaurant, and the popular Bluebonnet Grille. The clubhouse is also a popular venue for weddings and meetings. Additionally, Quail Valley Golf Course offers a full driving range, short game area, putting greens, and is one of the sites for The First Tee in Houston.
