Glen Ivy Golf Club is a public facility located in Southern California's Inland Empire which offers stunning views of the mountains, elevated tees, and beautiful water features. Designed by Ted Robinson Sr. and Ted Robinson Jr., the par-72 course plays 6,673 yards from the back set of tees, meandering through groves of citrus trees and the hillsides and canyons of the Cleveland National Forest. Golfers will encounter uneven lies, several water features, and white sand bunkers throughout the course, which opened in 1999. The final stretch of the course is particularly challenging with a couple of difficult par 3s, a long downhill par-4 16th and a spectacular finishing hole. The 434-yard par-4 18th starts with an elevated tee and provides a panoramic view of the fairway, countryside below, and mountains. To set up an approach, the tee shot must clear an orchard and avoid three fairway bunkers, while the approach is guarded by water short and left of the green. Glen Ivy Golf Club also offers excellent practice facilities including a full driving range, short-game area, and practice putting green. In addition, the club offers lesson programs for players of all ages and levels, with video analysis and on-course instruction available. The clubhouse features a top-notch golf shop with the latest offerings in apparel, accessories, and equipment. The Canyons Grille is open seven days a week, offering fine dining for dinner with a menu that includes steak, chicken, and salmon entrees, wine pairings, and craft beer.
