Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation tee times

Nestled in the picturesque rolling hills of Carolina's tall pines, Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation is a renowned public golf course in Charlotte. Designed by Tom Jackson, the course boasts hybrid Bermuda fairways leading up to undulating bentgrass greens, strategically placed bunkers, and challenging waterscapes. Since it opened in 1997, Olde Sycamore has received accolades from various publications and holds a four-star rating on GolfPass. With seven sets of tees, the course measures 6,965 yards from the tips, catering to players of different skill levels. The course's biggest challenge is posed by thick groves of pines lining most holes, making it essential to position oneself correctly off the tee. There are several impressive par 5s, including the 600-yard 12th hole. However, the most challenging hole is the 442-yard par-4 ninth, which features a pond in front of the green that golfers must carry with their approach shots. In addition to the course, Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation offers excellent practice facilities, including a range, practice bunker, chipping and putting greens. The clubhouse houses a fully-stocked golf shop, restaurant, and bar featuring a wide selection of local craft brews and food options like sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. Olde Sycamore is a semi-private club that offers memberships to the public.
