The course spreads across 150 acres in an upscale residential community, featuring a natural and diverse environment with abundant birdlife, alligators, crocodiles, iguanas, and bobcats. The course is relatively short, with four sets of tee markers and a combo option, offering judiciously-spaced distance options between 4,595 yards and 6,337 yards. The par-70 layout includes four par 3s, twelve par 4s, and two par 5s. The course's impressive collection of par 3s and a rousing finishing stretch of holes (15-18) all play beside the river. Water and wetlands pose as hazards on 13 of the holes, but only two holes require forced carries over penalty areas. The small putting greens tilt from back to front, and practice facilities are limited to a putting/chipping green, with no driving range.
