Shannon Greens Golf Club is a well-established golf course in the area, having been built in 1963. It boasts five sets of tees, making it accommodating to golfers of varying skill levels. The course offers a range of amenities, including a driving range, chipping and putting green, fully stocked pro shop, snack bar, lounge, locker rooms, and banquet facility. Golf lessons from PGA golf professionals are also available. One of the course's standout features is the Island Green, the seventh hole, which is only 140 yards from the middle green, making it one of the most visually stunning holes in the area. Many golfers have lost good scores on this challenging hole. With a par of 72, the course consists of five par 3s and five par 5s. The staff is noted for being extremely friendly.
